The room was filthy, thankfully it was only a one night stay. The room had a strong odor and the shower was clogged. I had to jump out before it flooded the room.

Do not stay here! Took 20 mins after arrival to get someone to check us in. Rude staff, don't even come off their phone to talk to you. Hotel is a complete dump, AC intermittent. Place is dirty - health hazard. There is a reason this place is cheap, but trust me, one night here was one night too long!

Unsafe, Dirty hotel. do not know how this hotel is listed as three stars. Dirty walls, disgusting dirty headboard. No inside lock to lock the door, random people banging on the door, this made me feel super unsafe and scared as a lone female traveling. no peep hole to look out. Cigarette smoke smell drifting into the room. Blocked sink in the bathroom. Bedbugs in the bed!! I had so many bites on my legs. Under UK law, hotels must ensure their premises are safe and hygienic for guests. This includes keeping things like bedbugs under control. I’ve seen other reviews report the same issues, do not stay on the third floor.

Honestly, not a nice experience at all. Room was tiny with a really small bathroom, that would have been fine were it not for the room also being grubby and run down. Furniture was caked in marks and dirt and I couldn’t bring myself to sleep under the covers as there were hairs (loads of them) on the sheet when I pulled the duvet back. There were also crumbs and what I can only assume was skin. Whole experience was not very pleasant, rounded off by leaving the hotel this morning to find a hyperdermic needle on the front steps. If I had any other option I’d have left immediately. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay here

I was there for a night, comfy bed, entirely acceptable. Good price and easy to get to uni from there.

The accommodation was very poor. The room was small and was not well maintained or clean. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for a while.
There was a leak in the entrance hall that made the floor slippy and dangerous.
