Better than expected after reading some reviews, stayed for 3 nights in June . Location is perfect for Hyde park , Marble arch station is only few mins walk away and easily connected to anywhere else. Check in was only from 3pm as stated as no receptionist before then . Stayed in room 31 its small but was clean and cleaned every day . Water and tea coffee facilities in room. No air-con which was tough when we stayed ,although we did have a fan and a large window with balcony! Our room was by the road which was quite noisy but didn't interfere with our sleep too much !!! Would i stay again YES !!!

Absolutely not worth it - milking tourists for money in less than acceptable conditions. We rented an apartment for 6 nights. Despite a reasonably comfy bed and a great location, there is evidence the place had not been cleaned beyond a quick tidy up. Crumbs from the precious guests, and quite a few insects including cockroaches in the bathroom. We raised with two staff before we checked out and were told they may be able to clean it but weren't sure. Apparently the manager was informed but they didn't care as no one came to clean beyond taking the bins out and changing towels. We did not have an alternative so late to booking and hence did not move out but I wouldn't return.

Perfect for what else wbated for 1 nights stay. The room was clean, the bed was sooo comfy, room was warm but there was a fan and window, only downside to the window was you could see into other room across the way. Great shower although small cubical so not suitable for larger bodied people. Great location and would definitely come back.

My daughter booked this hotel as it was so close to Hyde Park as we were attending a concert there. We were given room 11. It had twin beds, shower cubicle and toilet. We slept well and the beds were comfy. We did not hear any noise from the road etc. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a hairdryer and fan and bottled water. Yes the room is compact, yes it is a little dated but we just wanted somewhere clean and safe for one night. Reception staff were friendly. Really can’t complain.

small but comfortable room, comfortable bed, the only flaw was the cleanliness... really POOR. Also they don't change the towels every day. We had to go and ask and they responded a little annoyed... Otherwise, a quiet hotel and a quiet area. The excellent location close to Marble Arch station (5/10 min)

A real pity because the way it has been finished as you enter the reception promises more. Under the surface however it is a below average budget hotel. I had room 10 in the basement, TV had power but no aerial cable so couldn’t use that. The window had a broken pane of glass so gives a lovely cold breeze all night and the blind lets lots of light in either side of it. Clean and tidy room - beware of the shower though, even on its hottest setting (and having left it to run for a few minutes) the water is only lukewarm.

This hotel is a scam, they purposely cancel my booking since the price was not competitive for them. Please be aware that even if you make a reservation they can cancel pretending that your card is not valid. I send them the screen capture of my account to prove them and they still pretend my card is not valid. They want to sell at best price. Please dont go
