I booked a room via air B&B for the Saturday night . After I paid I noticed that I had made an error and booked for the Sunday . I quickly called them and asked to amend this for me .. they said that I could have the Saturday night for a further £20 and that AIr B&B would have to request the refund . Great I thought even though it's extra I really needed the room for a staff member and at least I got the reservation . They wouldn't take payment over the phone so I had to drive a 30 min drive to the hotel pay for parking to go into the hotel and pay . I did all of this . When I got to the hotel they then refused to refund me for the error I'd made booking the second night . What a shame that £96 means more to this management company than a person . They would beable to sell that room and after me finding them and needing to frequently need rooms for both my staff and myself you would think they would of done the right thing . So so so disappointing. That alone tells me that this hotel do not care about people What a shame !!! Anything else in my opinion regarding this hotel is irrelevant
