old hotel, some room have very hard and old beds. Simple breakfast, nice location close to the Tube station anf Hyde park.

Nice hotel a bit expensive for what you get.
Overall, the hotel needs refurbishment plus very important the breakfast staff are rude although, receptionists are great.

Troy hotel was good, but without air condition the room was too hot, difficult to sleep. The breakfast was same every morning, basic one.

Basic but comfortable although my room was very warm, although it was 24 degrees outside. I had to prop open the sash window as it would sometimes close itself and when I tried using the ceiling fan the whole thing shook and looked like it was about to fall off ,so I switched that off. Aside from that staff were friendly, room was dated but clean and breakfast was good.

Just returned from another excellent stay at the Troy. This is our regular place as it’s always clean friendly and homely. The staff are brilliant and rooms serviced daily. Nothing is too much trouble. Location perfect for the underground and Kensington gardens just a few steps away. Self service buffet breakfast always fresh and good choice. Add excellent value for money and that’s the reason we would never stay anywhere else. Well done Sammi and the team. Hope to see you again soon.

Ottima struttura sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ad un prezzo contenuto offre quanto si può chiedere da un albergo di media categoria di Londra. Massima tranquillità, camera di dimensioni adeguate, ben riscaldata, pulita e confortevole, letti comodi, armadi e cassettiere, frigorifero. Il bagno un po piccolo, come al solito, soprattutto il box doccia. Acqua calda senza problemi. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione compresa di tipo continentale abbastanza varia. Consigliato anche per la posizione sopra Hyde Park e vicino a stazioni metro per rapidi spostamenti.

Good location. Not so far from the city center and two metro stations taking you the center after three or four stops. We stayed in room quite large, clean and fit to purpose. Bed comfortable. Breakfast can have more choices but good enough. We recommend.
