The room was really clean and tidy, bedding was clean. Everything in the room was working. Front desk was friendly. Under 5 min walk to paddington station very convenient.

Many stairs , but location is very nice , there also can put down your luggage that very good but only near the reception and the space was super small.
Bathroom was clean but very small , the hot and cold water was hard to control the temperature of water when shower, that was a little bit mistake, but acceptable, cus the room temperature is warm enough.

The location is good, close to Hyde Park, it seems to be more than ten minutes' walk. Our room had almost no heating, and the staircase was very narrow, which was very tiring if the room was on a high floor.
