I clearly knew that I had a reservation, but no one at the front desk responded. I called more than 10 times, but no one opened the door. The next morning, the reservation was changed to a successful check-in. But I didn't enter the hotel at all. They also lied to other staff on duty that I didn't show up. The service attitude of this hotel is really bad.

Location and hotel is nice, the lady at the reception the night I lodged was rude and not helpful. I booked my hotel room from trips and trips mentioned that I didn’t have to do nothing. I traveled from Manchester only to get to the hotel at 10pm and the lady rudely said I couldn’t check in because I didn’t have a physical debit card, and she plainly said I should leave and come back when I get a physical card or in the morning “maybe” I could get a refund which wasn’t certain. I had to drive to dagenham, get my girlfriend’s debit card in order to check in. It was a very annoying experience as I was exhausted and just needed to check-in. However great hotel, clean, nice and will recommend and visit again, but I suggest you call the hotel first before getting there to avoid no access to your room after paying so much for the night.

The room is not big and the bathroom is small. People who are tall and strong will find it cramped. The equipment is still perfect. The guy at the front desk has a serious expression and needs to improve his intimacy with guests.

The main door was closed for renovation and you had to enter from the side, once inside I wondered if the hotel was even open. The smell was very strong and smoky because of the renovation and the heating was not working and it was very cold. Negotiations have been made several times to no avail. It was very disappointing. The sound insulation was also very poor and the renovation started at 8am.

It's okay, it's not soundproof, you can hear snoring upstairs, the toilet is not very hygienic, but the bed is more comfortable, and the service staff are better

The best!! They gave me doritos and water, even pizza!!!! Comfy beds, just like beanbags with plushies to sleep with!!! Amazing service and a free souvineer for every visit.. Outstanding place 10 stars if I could!!! Plus a mate to hang out with.... Victor himself!!!!! Amazing place amazing quality recommend 150%
