The room was small but cosy. The reception staff were friendly, but the lady handling cleaning and breakfast was quite cold—she barely acknowledged my greetings and acted like I wasn’t meant to be there.

We had a wonderful time in London. Sharam gave us a warm welcome and was very kind during our stay. Thanx to the great staff, good location, delicious breakfast and nearby grocery stores we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

Old British-style building, friendly front desk, and elevator. The included breakfast is the normal British style. The coffee tastes good, but the room is small and the sound insulation is poor. The bed is on the soft side. Hairdryer and electric iron are complete.
