There was a gap under the door to the room, so you could hear the voices and vibrations of people walking outside, so I don't recommend this for people who want to sleep quietly.

Great customer service. Location is superb. Room was upgraded on arrival. Bed was very itchy, not sure if there were bugs or if my partner and I were just sensitive to the laundry detergent, sadly kept us awake for a lot of the night.

It’s a hotel worth staying. The breakfast is nice. The room is warm and cozy, also I get bath tower and a blue blanket, which is my favorite. The front desk man is police and talkative. I like the decoration there. The hotel is a bit old but with good maintains, good choice for those who enjoy traditional British architectures.
