The location is very good, right next to the National Gallery and Chinatown. The room is also very nice and big

The room is not big, but it is comfortable and convenient enough, and the functions are complete. The service is not so enthusiastic, but it is enough. It’s a tired hotel in the center of London with spacious rooms. The entrance is on the back side of the street and there is no view from the window. I would give 3 stars to the hotel and hope they can renovate the space.

Everything is good, especially the location, just a short walk to Chinatown. But the water heater broke down twice, and one of the elevators broke down during the few days I stayed there (a total of two elevators)
