The hotel is located next to Chinatown, which is very convenient for eating Chinese food. There is also a Chinese supermarket in Chinatown. I booked two rooms, and one of them had some problems. The hotel and Ctrip immediately handled it properly. The air conditioner in the hotel was broken, and the air-conditioning fan was a bit noisy. Don't have too much hope for breakfast. The room size is OK, which is good in the city center.

Fantastic location, everything in walking distance. Air conditioning kept us very cool in 30+ temperature. Lovely breakfast, fantastic service from all staff, would definitely return.

Pros: The most satisfactory thing is that the location is super good! Very close to Chinatown and Trafalgar Square. 200 meters away from the subway station, it is very convenient to travel on the Piccadilly line. The room is of a good size and very clean. Two bottles of free sparkling water are provided every day. The breakfast is also OK, but there are not many varieties. Cons: The facilities are a little old, and there are windows but they are closed and cannot be opened.

Hotel was in a great location, staff where super friendly and accommodating. We arrived really early for check in after a long flight from Australia, we paid a very minimal fee for a room up grade and could check in straight away around 9:30am. That made our day, and no jet lag.

The room is big and comfortable. The location is very good. It is right next to Chinatown. It is very lively. It is close to all the attractions and one hour away from Heathrow Airport. I will stay here again next time. The breakfast is also good👍

I have a lovely stay with Thistle.
The room is tidy and clean. The location is excellent. Down there is the China Town, eating is so convenient for us.
But the toilet flushing system was poor, we have to press the button very hard and even several times to make the flushing water out.
We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant every day. The service of the staffs in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. Thank you to Cyril for offering us waffle and omelet when he knew today was our last day staying in the hotel.
