帶着2個孩子家人晚上10點到酒店，進入和前台打招呼説要辦入住，前台女人馬上説“別煩我、等一下”，訂的家庭房本來就有兩張床，硬是説我多一個5歲的小孩要多開一間房，我忍着多付了110英鎊，結果給我一個地下室的房間，沒有電梯，我們衹能拖着大大的行李箱走樓梯到房間。進房間，傢俱破舊不堪，我們全家都馬上想走人，後面還有3天的預訂，硬是不讓退，也沒法住，除非再多出一半的價錢才可能繼續住，否則我衹能讓一個小孩到街上去睡，評分4.1的酒店，決定投訴到底

The house is very nice and the service is very good. I had a great stay in this studio in London! We traveled to London as a family of 4, including 2 children. We stayed for a total of 8 nights and 9 days. The accommodation itself felt quite old, but apart from that, it was reasonably(?) clean.
The biggest advantages were that we could use the kitchen, that there was a washing machine, and that there was a microwave.
Also, the Earl's Court subway station was right in front, so it was very convenient to get to the city center. Earl's Court station is where 2 subway stations intersect, so I recommend finding a place to stay near there.
