The room is big, very relaxing environment and good for distant travellers who need a bigger room to pack their stuff
The location is a bit tricky if you travel in the uk via tube, better call a taxi or Uber

Highly recommended. Very spacious. It has a kitchen and a sense of design. The front desk service is good. No service charge is required.

Visiting a relative in the area !!
Surprisingly Spacious and well equipped accommodation…..couldn’t really fault it …
Found it a bit noisy at night though ..
Staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful as well ,, next time would ask for quiet room !!!

Stayed for 2 nights in July. For me the room felt a bit sparse and not very comfortable, and the location is a bit sketchy at night. The building itself is very nice and the common areas are beautiful. The biggest issue for me is that some money was taken from my room and when I reported it I was told it was a misunderstanding as the staff thought it was a tip- very unlikely in my view. I was told it would be returned and it was not. I followed up with a call and 2 emails and no one has ever responded to me. I find that unforgivable. It wasn’t a huge amount of money but it’s more about trust- after that I felt unsafe in the hotel and would not stay again. Beyond rude that no one ever got back to me about it.
