I stayed on the basement floor, and more than half of the showers, toilets, and sinks were broken and unusable, and even the ones that were working were extremely dirty. There were five shower rooms, but only one had a door that closed properly. I stayed for 7 nights and 8 days for work, and there was no sign of any repairs during my stay. Furthermore, even though I paid for the bottom bunk, they told me they had no vacancies on the first day and I had to make do with the top bunk. When I asked for my money back, they gave me two drink vouchers, but I thought the online reservation system was broken. I also had a lot of other issues, such as being passed around from room to room and almost being kicked out on the fifth day because I was due to check out, even though I had paid in full. Given London's high prices, I understand that the low price compensates for all of these issues. The only good thing about this hotel is that the English breakfast and other food options were delicious.
