The Citadine is well located just off Trafalgar Square and close to The River. The apartments are well furnished and include a small well equipped kitchenette. The sitting area on the ground floor are ideal if you are staying with friends and you can have coffee from the free dispensers

The location was really good, but the rest was the worst experience. I booked a one-bedroom, but the room itself was small, and the window was small, so the lighting was not good. It would be fine when there was no problem, but when an issue occurred, the response was terrible. When an issue occurred, the two female staff at the hotel front desk responded very unprofessional and rude. My experience at this hotel almost ruined my image of London. If the staff training does not improve, I will never stay here again.

Very central hotel, within walking distance of everything. The room is very complete, with a kitchen, microwave and fridge. It also has air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom has soap, shampoo and shower gel at your disposal. The staff is very friendly and does their job perfectly. They don't clean the room unless you ask and pay extra.
