服務不錯，加10磅有空調房，在3樓，沒電梯，但是服務人員服務態度很好，會幫忙把行李提上去。下樓時服務人員應該從CCTV看到，也會上來幫忙把行李提下去。

Fantastic location! Couldn’t ask for more! Less than 5 minutes walk from Paddington station so perfect for getting around London. No stairs from the station to the hotel (except at the hotel entrance) so no problems pulling any heavy bags there. No lift in the hotel but the friendly staff will help carry your heavy suitcases up and down the stairs! Tiny but functional room. No toothbrush but shower gel and shampoo provided. Little park just in front of hotel where you can sit and enjoy a bit of break and have a snack (while the mynahs and pigeons will be watching you eagerly, waiting for you to drop food for them!) definitely recommended for a short stay

The location is impeccable and although there is no elevator, the staff will help you carry your luggage to the room. When you check out, we can also help you take your luggage down. Every staff member has an excellent attitude and is very enthusiastic to solve your problems. It is a recommended hotel
