The location is great, very close to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the food is exquisite, and the service is 👌. The handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk were very warm and thoughtful during my stay

The service is very good. The hotel has a membership card for the Victoria and Albert Museum that can be used. When we arrived at the exhibition, the tickets for the Chanel exhibition were sold out. With the membership card, you can enter, eat and shop at a discount.

I stayed at Egerton with my wife for 3 nights in late August .
I arrived with luggage, and unfortunately, there was nobody who came outside to assist me . This wasn’t the best first experience.
Furthermore, although the rooms are very clean , they are extremely small , so are the bathrooms .

It's very good. I will order this one next time I go out. The air conditioner is relatively cold at night. I asked the waiter how many thick quilts I wanted.

If you are looking for an oasis of calm in London then The Egerton House Hotel is where you need to stay. We don't get away often but we are so glad we chose this Hotel for our treat. We were so spoilt from the minute we walked through the doors. Our room was beautiful and spacious and the bathroom was a delight! We had a very comfortable night. In fact everything at this Hotel was just perfect, the staff, the breakfast, the atmosphere, the martinis!! A special mention for Jacques, Head Concierge and Chinmay, Head Barmen who made us feel very special. We loved it so much we are going back in October.
