I booked a night because I was going to the Royal Academy of Music to watch a performance. It was only a few minutes' walk away, which was very convenient. The mattress was comfortable, but the curtains were not closed tightly. There was noise from the garbage truck working downstairs at 7 o'clock in the morning. These were some minor problems. The biggest problem was the water. The water was too alkaline and I couldn't wash my hands clean. I could never rinse them clean. No matter whether I used hand sanitizer or my own soap, there was a slippery layer of mucus on my skin no matter how long I washed. I chose to give up taking a shower that day and just rinsed it casually. For me, it really affected my accommodation experience. For reference

Convenient transportation, close to the subway station, very close to the Natural History Museum and Hyde Park. A large bed and a sofa bed meet the needs of two adults and two children. Very satisfied! The location is great, in an affluent area and feels very safe. I stayed in three room types and I was most satisfied with the deluxe one-bedroom (the kind that is on a flat floor). The room, kitchen, living room and toilet are all completely independent. There is a supermarket downstairs, so it is very convenient to buy some things and process them. Don't come if you have high requirements for hygiene. The location is not bad, but this one is really too dirty. I dare not sleep on the bed. The sofa bed is full of spots. The room that they assigned me to has very strong cooking smell. They explained to me that it is due to the restaurants below the room that caused it. They managed to change our room to the other side of the building and all is good thereafter.
