Stayed here for one night with my son on New Year's Eve. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Chinatown. The indoor area is quite large in central London! Very satisfied!

Totally disappointed and no what I had heard about the Montcalm reputation. Misinformation about facilities being removed along with atmosphere and ambience. To me what I saved up to stay at this hotel which was only good for its location. I would like some compensation, a night in their main hotel, Royal London House wouldn't go a miss.
