This place was not as clean as I expected, regarding all the photos including on this website. The rug in the room and in the corridors was very filthy and quite used.
Plus, there was a moldy smell near the rooms.
Noted that amenities were out of order, this was not a very welcoming place

Very average hotel for the huge cost! The gym was out of service. I was due to stay at the hotel opposite which is a much better value for money.

The room actually has a 0th floor, which is basically underground. It smells like mold when you first enter. I don't recommend staying here.

It's quite old. The room is very small. The soundproofing is not very good. When I checked in, the hotel system was not updated in time. I was given a room that someone else had already checked in. I had to go downstairs to check in again. But the attitude of the front desk was ok.

While most things about this hotel were acceptable and about what was expected we were very disappointed by the size of the room. It was described as a ’Superior double', but was a glorified single at most. To get to one side of the bed was a squeeze through a very small gap and the bed was a 4 foot which was trying to sleep in for a couple at best.
This is London, but you would expect more for the cost.
