The 1 large and 1 small room was too small. After talking to the staff, we were originally not allowed to change rooms, but the child didn't like it and cried. Seeing the situation was not good, the staff changed us to a 3-person room. Overall, I am satisfied.

The location was fantastic, but that’s where the positives end. We booked a double room, yet on arrival the staff bombarded us with intrusive, overly personal questions and treated us like suspects in an investigation just because we booked through “Trip.com.” Then they gave us the wrong room: a triple in the basement with no working shower or hot water, and right next to the air conditioning system blowing hot air straight into the room on a sweltering summer day. And the “view”? A concrete wall. (How charming!)
We complained and were promised the correct room, but nothing ever happened. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive throughout.
AVOID this place. The location isn’t worth the hassle. If you like the area, pick literally any other hotel.

Situated in a leafy enclave behind Bayswater station, this townhouse hotel is distinguished by several elements lacking in its neighbours: an elevator so I don't have to carry my luggage up four floors, a shower I can actually fit in, and even a desklike area in the room where I can work.
