It was so nice! The room had a smart TV so I could watch a movie to finish my day after coming back. The staff was so friendly and the place was clean. The various items provided in the room were also very helpful. The location was very convenient for public transportation and there were many other accommodations nearby so it felt safe.

We spent a 3 day stay in the hotel the area is really great there are so many things to do the bus the metro are not very far 5 min walk
The hotel was clean we were able to get into the room 2 hours before the scheduled time.
The staff was very friendly
However on the last day the elevator was broken.

The service is good. I asked in advance not to arrange a basement. All arrangements were made and the attitude was good. Although there is no breakfast, complete tea and fruit are also provided for self-service. The room is small, but this is normal in London. It will be difficult to spread out the suitcases, but it is enough for just one or two nights. The bathroom is big, which beats many hotels in the same price range.
