I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The towels were not clean. It was arranged in the underground, the sound insulation was very poor, and the self-service check-in was like a maze!

Not the Ritz, but ok for an inexpensive overnight stay in central London. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Room quiet despite the location. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Card entry and steep and narrow stairs could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

The only good thing is the location. €400 for two nights for a room in a house because it's not a hotel. There's no reception, no elevator, and they don't make your bed or clean your room. The room was in a basement, very noisy, and poorly cleaned. I showered in flip-flops. The photos don't reflect reality.

The only thing that was good and easy was the check in.
The room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures.
When I got to the room, the window was wide open and was difficult to close. There was a slight smell of mould in the room. The bed linen was dirty and some of the furniture was already broken (the door handles on the wardrobe in the bathroom were missing and the drawers on the desk wouldn't stay closed).
