𥚃面的設施很舊， 洗手間內的面紙沒有了，也沒有玩換，房間裏也有蚊。 地氈十分污糟。 除非你沒有選擇，如果不是的話，我十分不推薦大家住在這間酒店。

Visited for a classic afternoon tea for a catch up with my friend and also celebrating our combined Birthdays. Service was very friendly from all staff. The tearoom was really cosy full of portraits and paintings and ideal and quiet place to unwind. We had our sandwiches which were fresh with tasty fillings, nice hot scones with jam and cream and the dainty patisseries. Each of us had a pot of our choice of tea and was topped up on request.A highly recommended place in the vicinity of Marble Arch for an afternoon tea with great ambience and comfort .

Overall you cannot beat the quaint boutique hotel for the price and location. My family and I came to London on a last minute to the Uk and the one thing I wanted to experience more than anything was a small, boutique hotel. I’m so glad I found this one. Yes, there are a few things they could improve on- I think the main thing would be definitely better quality pillows and more stowage for garments. The fold out bed was very uncomfortable however, we asked for a few comforters for extra padding and it did just fine, and they were happy to help! Food was excellent, for what was available. Afternoon tea was a delightful experience and such a beautiful display of treats. A couple employees in the restaurant staffing could have been a little more kinder but anymore, you expect one or two to be less inviting than the others. Overall, I give this place a 10 for what you’re paying for and for the London Boutique experience… again, the location was superb for my family of 4 and my kiddos being central to so many options just minutes around the corner.

Tolle Lage aber die Zimmerausstattung war dann doch eher für diese Preisklasse eine Zumutung..... TV aus den Anfängen des Fernsehens und die Klimaanlage .... naja.... dann eben Fenster auf. Aber dafür hatte das Hotel echtes britisches flair..... (oder was man sich darunter so vorstellt)

We had a wonderful stay at The Leonard Hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just steps from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff—so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London!

Location is great, receptionist when booked in was lovely. Room….dark and dull. Very tired and bathroom could do with updating. Must have had a leak from the room above and could see stains on the ceiling. Our sink wouldn’t drain so had to wash hands in the bath. Air conditioner could most likely do with a service and tv we couldn’t get channels to work.
