There is no front desk. Please provide personal information before check-in. The door and room unlock codes will be sent by email in the afternoon of check-in. The room is very small, but it is relatively clean. Please note that there are only British plugs in the room. Convenient transportation, right next to the subway.

It is located at the center of London. Right beside Borough metro station, about 10 mins walk to the London Bridge Railway Station and Subway Station. The apartment itself is clean with well maintenance. The facilities they provide, yet not a variety of choices, but necessary enough to make a simple and nice stay. I would definitely come back again.

The staff were nice, the room was small but nice and clean. The shared bathroom was spotless. The tv worked, there was tea & coffee in the room, two towels and Temple Spa hand wash! All good.

It's so close to Bara Station that you can pass it without noticing. It's convenient. I called before 3 o'clock and they opened the door. The room and bathroom are clean. There was no cleaning sign or guide, so I was a little worried about security because I didn't know the timing. Duvets were scattered in the hallway, so I can't say it was very clean. But I would choose this place again if I had the chance. Thank you.
