Great location could easily walk to Hyde park Kensington palace and royal Albert hall . Really close to v&a science and natural museums

Came to London for business and stayed here. Overall it was OK. The environment was clean and the breakfast was OK. The location was good and I would continue to stay here for business trips in the future. Recommended. It's also OK for going out for fun

Wonderful experience ! Very clean Junior Suite for a reasonable Price. We could get early checkin since the room was ready.
I always go to this hotel when visiting London. They are the best.

It's close to the Natural History Museum, about 14 minutes' walk, which is OK. The transportation is quite convenient. The most important problem is that it has a musty smell.

The location can be said to be first-class. It's only five minutes away from Gloucester Road Station. It's near the embassy and the security is excellent. There are various restaurants just across the street, so you don't have to worry about going hungry at night. The building is nice, but everything else is average. I stayed in London for one night to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony, but was a little disappointed! The location, surroundings, and appearance of the hotel are all good, but the facilities are a bit old, the shower faucet is leaking, many power sockets are out of power, and the smoke alarm was activated for no reason. Although well located for the Gloucester Road Tube and the staff were very friendly and helpful, it does need to be said that the hotel is tired and a little grimy. Carpets are stained and the first room I got was uninhabitable due to the smell of damp. The very nice staff moved my to another room, but honestly it was a little off putting.
