Location was very close to where I needed to be and they let me drop my bag off before coming back to check in. Room was also spotless and very spacious. Loved it.

Staying at this hotel has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The room was a real pigsty. A lot of dirt accumulated over weeks, sheets not changed, bathroom not cleaned and the kitchen not to be touched. The smell of sewer as soon as you entered was unbearable. After complaining at the reception, the response we got was little more than what was there and that they couldn't give us anything else.
Of course we decided to lose the reservation for the second night and change hotels. They didn't even bother to apologize when we left.
It should be noted that the response from Trip.com has been very correct when we sent them the complaint.
Avoid this hotel if you don't want to end up doing a tourist tour of the Hospital.

There’s bus and tube stations nearby to the hotel (around 5-10 mins walk). The lift was out of order when we arrived so we have to take our huge luggage up to 2nd floor but it was fixed by the time we got back at night. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette but I wish it could be cleaner. Some of the corners wasn’t cleaned properly and there’s still dusts. The bathroom was quite small but the room was fair-sized. It was nice to have a portable heater on top of a conventional heater.

Dated room but better than expected, room had full kitchen facilities. Room was clean. Very close to tube station. Maybe a little noisy had windows were old/broken. For price would definitely recommend.
