Stay was generally good but service by certain staff could be better - a lady with bushy hair was very rigid about check-out time and told us she could only allow for late check-out of 12pm when in fact, another staff could easily give us a later check-out and was additionally super nice about it.

We arrived at the hotel from the airport a little after 8:00 AM and were pleasantly surprised to learn that they allowed us to check in early. This was fantastic, especially after a long flight and much-needed rest! We also requested a quiet room from the front desk, which they very efficiently arranged. The room was average in size. The only downside was that the toilet flush wasn't very effective; I had to press it repeatedly and firmly to get it to flush.
