Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff is wonderfully attentive, and the morning breakfast at La Terrazza is the perfect way to start your day. Albino and his team are an absolute delight and always aim to please. The ambiance is relaxed, with excellent customer service in a stunning, understated sunroom.

Rooms were very small, staff was great, easy walk to restaurants/train.

We recently went to Xenia hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had previously made all the arrangements for my wife and I to have an Afternoon Tea. I had previously spoken to Mihail the Head Concierge about availability and the hotel. I was met with a very friendly attitude, professional and courteous. The booking was met through the “truly Experience” company that offers great destinations and deals. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted warmly by all the smiling staff in the landing as well as the restaurant. Unfortunately I admit I was too slow to organise the paperwork as it was our first time, and discovered that NO Booking were confirmed for us. I thought that was the end of it. Mihail, Coni, Chieard and the restaurant manager felt so sorry for us. We had come from the other side of London for celebration. The restaurant manager, the Head Concierge and all the brigade including the Pastry chef all combined to convince us to sit down for tea and pastries as a complementary gesture. I cannot recall for quite a long time what I had just witnessed in being made to feel so valued, so well taken care of, with swift, professional knowledge. All we to do was to sit back enjoy the tea. This impressive performance and attitude from every single staff on the day who even organised a an all good cheer up in wishing us and singing 🎵 Happy Anniversary. It was warm, welcoming, cheerful stay on that day. I cannot express enough how fantastic, generous, welcoming and wonderful experience at the Xenia Hotel was. Truly I day to remember. My wife and I have already told many of our friends that it would be a crime not to return and experience what a professional and great hotel service the Xenia, through their dedicated staff could offer was unparalleled to many other hotels we had previously visited. Massive THANK YOU ssssss to everyone who made our anniversary a joy to remember.

I haven't done a review in a while, but I feel Hotel Xenia in London (Kensington) warrants the time to publicly give it the A+ review it deserves. I've stayed in MANY hotels in London over the years, mostly for business travel, and most of which are Marriott Bonvoy properties or affiliates (as Xenia is as well). The Hotel Xenia (Autograph Edition) was an amazing property not just suited for business travelers, but I plan to stay here with family as well. The rooms are VERY comfortable, nice bathrooms (with great water pressure), comfortable beds and pillows, and quiet so it's easy to rest. Desk was perfect and internet wifi was flawless and fast. You should know that this is not an overly expensive spot either -- I bet you can find great deals on rooms, when it really "should" be a more expensive option once you realize the gem you've found here. Xenia was recommended to me from coworkers who've stayed there, and they spent extra time talking up how good the breakfasts were. That's when I decided to give it a try. The dining room at La Terrazza (downstairs) offers an excellent lunch and an even more amazing buffet breakfast that I cannot say enough good things about. The fruit, station, eggs, meats, yogurts/addins, and variety of sweet breads and breakfast tarts are incredibly delicious. They had a variety of fruit juices as well, freshly squeezed (not boxed junk or over-sweetened "drink" based juice). Bravo Xenia for the memorable breakfasts. More important than the comfortable room and amazing/delicious Terrazza restaurant space (where we hung out all day working too, which was a great feature of the spot) is the hotel's gracious and helpful staff. From the moment I walked into the hotel I was greeted and offered help with my luggage. I then met the friendly/smiling front desk staff (with a quick/simple checkin). This checkin/arrival experience was perfect for me as I just arrived from an international flight and these little acts of kindness and service made a significant/positive impression on me. I came down for lunch and was even more surprised at the incredible host and waitstaff at La Terrazza. I must give a heartfelt shoutout to Rim and Olga, and their male colleague at the attentiveness and genuine care they showed me throughout my meal, and friendly suggestions and conversation all three had with me while they waited on me for the meal. I had a delicious bowl of Pumpkin Soup as a starter, followed by an flavorful Penne Pasta cooked al dente with red sauce - was perfect - it hit the spot after my long flight. Rim was so helpful and friendly I felt like a king. Olga was also amazing with her lovely, friendly and ridiculously attentive service not just at this meal, but at the daily breakfasts as well - I honestly felt sad leaving these people behind when I checked out.
