The location is fantastic. The staff was service-minded. However, our biggest issue was that we booked a triple room, but were given a tiny room with three beds, which was clearly a double room with an extra twin squeezed it. It was very disappointing and we could barely move from one corner of the room to another. So my advice would be to only book a double room or the Family Room, but not a triple.

There is no change in the real evaluation. The hotel you booked when you checked in in advance, but when you arrived, they told you there were no rooms. This is very annoying. You are in a foreign country where you are unfamiliar with the place, and then you apply for a refund because there are no rooms. The hotel doesn't give you a refund and says there is no refund here. The hotel environment is very similar to the Myanmar industrial park. You just stay there, but they don't say a word.

It's tiring to climb the stairs. The stairs are very small. It's not suitable for women to live in with big luggage. I can't carry it upstairs.

The workers at this hotel were great. Very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about my room location was all the fire doors I had to go through….made getting to my room confusing. Not sure if this is a hotel design issue or issue with British law. The room though was nice and spacious and perfect for 1 person. I felt very comfortable in the hotel

No elevator No air conditioner，the bed is dirty and itchy,if you want to take your staircase to climb four floors,I suggest you to take this one.
