Checked in at night, and the reality was nothing like the photos online. The bathroom faucet barely worked, multiple things were broken, and there was even trash left from the previous guest. The soundproofing was terrible. I requested a room change, but the front desk claimed they were fully booked. When I asked for compensation for the first night, they dismissed my concerns, saying everything was still “usable.” I had to get Trip.com involved, but the hotel remained unhelpful and unbothered. In the end, it was Trip.com that offered compensation, not the hotel. Definitely not worth staying here.
