The room I booked n the room I got was completely different...but when I ask at the desk was told the decorating was was changed...well it look like it was changed for worse ...the room smelt ...the hall way up to the room smelt ..there was no proper heating ...the smoke alarm had a BOWL STUCK ON IT WIT THICK TAPE .I can go on n on but cant be bothered....I don't advice this place to any body..

I was glad that they upgraded my room. It was a very spacious, clean, and nice room for two people. It was a place that I would want to stay again. It is also close to QPR Stadium, so I hope many Korean soccer fans will stay here!

Checked in at night, and the reality was nothing like the photos online. The bathroom faucet barely worked, multiple things were broken, and there was even trash left from the previous guest. The soundproofing was terrible. I requested a room change, but the front desk claimed they were fully booked. When I asked for compensation for the first night, they dismissed my concerns, saying everything was still “usable.” I had to get Trip.com involved, but the hotel remained unhelpful and unbothered. In the end, it was Trip.com that offered compensation, not the hotel. Definitely not worth staying here.

The establishment did not match the photos, the walls were dirty as well as the curtains and the bedding which left something to be desired. In addition, I was supposed to have a kitchenette but I only had a microwave and a fridge. False advertising.
Bathroom quite clean overall.
Smell of air freshener everywhere in the establishment which I think hides the dirt.
