Excellent hotel with great food and services. Location is a bit far from city center, but is still convenient to take the DLR or Elizabeth line to zone 1 areas within 40 mins. Had a very comfortable stay here.

Only 5 mins from London City airport and at a great price! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Ate in the hotel too and the food was excellent ( although drinks were a little expensive).
We’d like to mention Jasmine who was running the bar. She was great, always happy to help answer questions and had a beautiful smile.

A fantastic hotel with unbeatable value for money. Very clean, everything new and well-maintained, and super affordable by London standards. I've stayed here many times and have been consistently impressed. The location isn't in the heart of the city, so if you want to be right in the middle of the action, this might not be the right place for you, but the DLR takes you to Central London in just 30-40 minutes. The surrounding area, including Excel and Docklands, is also highly recommended and worth seeing, especially in summer, right on the water. If you're flying from London City Airport, it's only a 10-minute walk there—it doesn't get any better than that! A top-notch hotel and I highly recommend it!
