酒店很有創意像一座船，房間乾淨。位置方便，離最近的Elizabeth線的地鐵站custom house步行10分鐘。從餐廳望出去，河景非常漂亮，餐食味道也不錯。最重要的是，很感謝餐吧工作人員Yap，她是一位很親切友好的馬來西亞姐姐，中文很好，點餐時給我們推薦了最好的食物，還熱心地介紹了倫敦的景點和酒店細節，我們聊得很愉快。以後來倫敦還希望再次遇見她。

Hotel was nice - room was on the small side but fine for 1 night, bed was comfy and shower was hot! Only thing to mention was upon arrival to our room it was a building site on the opposite side of the corridor, which drilling started by 8.30am!! This wasn’t mentioned upon booking in or on their website!
They have a few new staff members so service was a bit slow for drinks and dinner but the food was nice! We would use again!

시티뷰로 예약했는데 체크인 때 강뷰로 변경해줘서 있는 좋았습니다! 방은 작은 편이지만 시설은 좋았어요! 아쉬운건 교통편은 가까운 곳에 있는데 시내에서 멀어서 교통비가 조금 많이 나왔습니다

Really nice hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and bar is nice with happy hour from 4-7. When not raining will try the rooftop bar. Rooms are just a little small and a bit of noise from outside during the night.
