I want to commend the management of the Lime Tree Hotel for their sympathetic handling of my situation. My wife and I reserved for a week in May. But...we had to cancel our trip to London due to my wife having broken her arm while we were on the "Italian Leg" of our travels. While the Lime Tree has a policy of forfeiting pre-payments for last minute cancellations, the management graciously elected to waive that policy due to my wife's sudden injury the night before our reserved week-long stay. This was a huge relief to us. We are now in the process of re-booking our trip to London for an October trip...and we will definitely stay at the Lime Tree.

I've been coming to the Lime Tree for years and this most recent stay was on par with every other experience. It's a great location close to wonderful food and shops, and easy to get to the Tube and other locations in the city. Rooms are very cozy and well appointed - the bed was very comfortable! But more than anything, the staff just go above and beyond - the manager helped me mail some gifts home and even took the package to the mail office himself (they were closed our last day there for a bank holiday). We can't wait to return.

Very comfortable bed! It was very comfortable room, very good service. Would stay again. And the restaurant has great food! Breakfast fantastic! Oh…and situated perfectly in London to get around everywhere. We’ll stay here again. The area very nice.

was down for a business trip and had to take the night but to london, although it arrived 2 hours early and was basically stranded! i cant remember his name but he was working 7/3/25 in the early hours of the day on front desk, he was so accommodating and let me stay for a while before shops opened, absolutely fantastic service although i did not stay. thank you again!

Lovely spot in Belgravia, near Victoria station and about 20min walk to Buckingham Palace. I had a single room in the attic with a cute little bathroom - it had everything I needed. There’s a specialty shop B&S across the street for well priced salads and to go items. The Buttery is perfect for breakfast! It’s very central and was perfect for my 2 nights.

We had a fabulous stay at the stylish and charming Lime Tree and highly recommend this lovely hotel. It is perfectly located in beautiful and historic Belgravia among delightful boutiques, cafes, and parks, and just steps away from Victoria Station. Our beautiful and well-appointed room was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The hotel has a darling garden and the Buttery restaurant which made it feel like a personal oasis located at one of the prettiest intersections in Belgravia. We were treated with warmth and care, and management could not have done more to make our stay perfect. We had looked at many other hotels in the area which were substantially more expensive, and are so happy we chose The Lime Tree Hotel. We can't wait to return!

L’ambiance de cet hôtel est unique, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Toute la literie est confortable et moelleuse, les chambres ont le cachet anglais si reconnaissable et le restaurant au rez de chaussée : The Buttery, où nous prenons le petit dej, fait le meilleur cappuccino que j’ai jamais bu. C’est mon second séjour au Lime Tree et j’y reviendrai! Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et n’hésite pas à vous aider si vous avez un coup dur ( carte bleue bloquée par exemple… payer le taxi etc…) Vraiment parfait pour un voyage aux couleurs de la culture British, a place where you’ll feel like home!
