No bedding for one guest and rude customer service
We booked for 3 people for two night there were no bedding or towel for third person and we contacted them and they refused to give us them unless we paid more when we had paid for three. They suggested 3 adults sleep in one bed

Great location. Had a problem getting into the room as key details weren’t sent to me via email but managed to get into the room eventually after a few phone calls. Not the easiest place to find but once in it was a great place to stay

We booked an apartment for 3 people through **********. When we arrived there was no bedding for the sofa bed for the 3rd person. Only bedding on the double bed for two people and towels for two people. On the description it said double bed in one bedroom and sofa bed in lounge. Nothing about additional cost as it was more expensive for 3people to stay than two. After contacting customer services I was told they wouldn’t provide bedding today unless we paid extra. I said your not providing bedding for the 3rd person when we booked for 3. She said no not unless we pay. The lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and has left one of us with no bedding for our stay. I found this unacceptable and extremely rude

Beautiful apartment however, massive let down by the providers when it was booked for 3 people and they refused to provide bedding for the third person to sleep on the sofa bed. There suggestion was all three adults sleep in the double bed!!!! Would only provide bedding at an extra charge when we had already been charged £10 extra with no explanation. They did offer to provide the bedding for free………… the next day, sorry but that is unacceptable. Poor customer service
