I have been staying in this hotel for work reasons since last year, for nearly half a year in total. This time alone, I stayed for a full two months, but the experience during this period really made me completely disappointed with this so-called "designed luxury apartment". A serious safety incident occurred in the first week of my stay last year: the front desk gave my room card to a stranger, and the other party wanted to swipe the card to enter the door while I was taking a shower. If I hadn't reacted quickly, the consequences would have been disastrous. The hotel only apologized verbally and gave a symbolic bread voucher (which was to exchange for a bread in the hotel's own cafe) Later, for safety reasons, I installed a small camera for my own anti-theft, without recording or sharing. What was the result? After I complained to the cleaner for stepping on my quilt with shoes, they actually threatened me with words such as "harassment, privacy, and sexual crimes" and asked me to remove the camera, otherwise they would no longer clean the room. What is this operation? Retaliation for complaints? Scare long-term residents? What's even more outrageous is their cleaning system: they only clean once a week, don't tell you the specific time in advance, give you a vague time period of "9 am to 5 pm", and then require you not to be in the room. In other words, either you stay on call all day and leave at any time, or you give up this cleaning. It is not friendly to long-term guests at all. There is something even more ridiculous: during my two-month stay, the room only provided a pair of slippers, and they were not replenished for two whole months! I asked and urged repeatedly, but the front desk just said "out of stock", and then there was no news. A hotel in central London with an average price of 200 pounds per night can't even provide slippers, right? I finally chose not to use any of their services. It's not that I don't need them, but because I have completely lost trust. There is no sense of responsibility, no sense of service, and no minimum respect. Leman Locke looks bright and the photos are good, but the actual service attitude is poor and the management is chaotic. I really don't recommend it, especially not for single women or long-term guests. The more I stay, the more depressed I feel.
