Good location

The only positive thing I can say is the location. Otherwise, this was not a good place to stay. The room was small and outdated. The heater didn’t work, so we had to get an external one. The bed mattress was smaller than the bed frame, and the pillows were awful. The staff was polite, but we didn’t receive a refill of toilet paper or any room cleaning during our stay. There was a lot of dust on the towel holder in the bathroom — otherwise, the room was clean.

I feel we got lucky from reading the reviews after booking. The room we had was perfect for the 3 of us (adult and 2 children). Check in at a hotel just down the road. Staff were great and let us store bags there before check in and after check out. Room was clean and felt like it had been recently decorated. The only down side was there was no plug in the bath, so I messaged the number you are given at check in and was told to wait for a bit while they checked if they supplied a plug to be able to use the bath. It was getting late so the child that wanted a bath just had a shower instead. Strange to have a bath in the room if the staff are unsure if they supply a plug to be able to use it?

This my third time i have bookings with them . Thats mean I'm happy withtheir services.

We were scammed! They kept our deposit claiming we ruined the flat by covering the smoke detectors and smoking inside the flat! In actual fact, the flat was a misery, the smoke detectors were already covered on our arrival and the balcony as full of stubs as an ashtray, furniture was broken, shower broken and dirty! Not at all like the photos. If anything we left it cleaner and nicely fragrant than on our arrival. Do not book here!!
