The hotel is fine, right next to the metro station. You can check in using the computers at the entrance. The downside is that they don't clean your room unless you tell them to. Breakfast cost us £8; it wasn't bad, nor did it have much variety, but it's worth it considering the prices elsewhere. The room isn't very big, but it's fine for a short stay. I would stay here again if I were back in London.

The location is very good, right next to the subway station. The breakfast is very rich. The surrounding environment is also very safe. Although the hotel is not big, the layout makes people feel comfortable. I will book this hotel next time

I stayed here for a concert at the Empire. It's a great location, only a 3-minute walk away. However, the room is 11m2 and there is only one towel for two people, and the price is so high... It's too expensive.

We visited to use the bar as at a nearby show and were made to feel very welcome, the usual Hub, by Premier Inn, standard. Main area clean and well kept and food and drink reasonably priced. Only let down was making our own hot drinks. The hot chocolate in particular was made using scoops or powder and not knowing the brand etc it was hard to know how much to put in. Needless to say I didn’t put enough and just had a weak cup of warm water unfortunately.

I have stayed here regularly for an annual event over the last 4 years, always with the option of loyalty scheme discounts in IHG or Accor Hotels nearby. On this years stay I was welcomed by several crew members who genuinely remembered me-I am surprised by their long service in an industry where staff turnover is so high especially at the budget end of the market. so I guess that they are settled and happy. Since my first stay I have always enjoyed great service delivered with a genuine smile (Higher end brands you could learn a lesson here) and this stay with my wife was no exception. NB I made the mistake of booking a Standard room for the two of us-the bed is a fair size double-but one side is against the wall-fun clambering over each other in earlier years but now we are in our in our 70s, less of an adventure and more of an expedition. We will in future book the larger option-for singles (or those more agile) of course the Standard rooms are just fine. Thank you Hub West Brompton team, good location, good breakfast, and the best of genuine, great customer service. Not AI generated!

A clean, comfortable hotel. All the staff I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful. I stayed on a Friday night and found the hotel to be quiet, allowing me to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Great little hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Easy location to reach Wimbledon (purpose for our stay this time). Pleasant to walk round the neighbourhood and some lovely eateries close by. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely return. Great value for money. Room very comfortable
