I think this hotel has a good value for money in London. The service is definitely not as good as in China, but it is very good among the extremely expensive hotels in the UK. I recommend staying here.

Super centrally located right next to the Tower. It's a five-minute walk to Tower Bridge and just as quick to the tube station. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, leaving nothing to be desired. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped, and with four people in one room, you quickly reach your limits with the dishes. Four people lack a bit of privacy, but for two people it would be ideal! The room service is excellent, and the quality of the food is very good and delicious. We can also highly recommend the hotel's spa. The staff there are also extremely friendly and polite. The cleaning service asked us every day whether we needed water, tea bags, coffee capsules, or biscuits, even when we didn't use the cleaning services.
