I stay here every time I go to London. The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly. It is very convenient to go out to the Tower of London. The only problem is that the check-out time is too early at 11 o'clock. You have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.

Excellent value for money. Great location , right opposite to the tube and the Tower of London.
Adrian very kindly facilitated our check in and we’ve received some complimentary offerings.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The experience of the executive studio is much better than that of the superior studio. The layout is also reasonable. The hotel arranged early check-in and a room with a good view. There was no free late check-out on the last day. The overall safety of the hotel is very good. There is a subway station and a train station within a three-minute walk. There is a supermarket in the alley behind where you can buy some temporary supplies and fruits and vegetables. There is also an M&Sfood and Burger King in a ten-minute walk at Fenchurch Station and a Japanese sushi restaurant to satisfy your hunger.
