We went to the front desk to ask for it before entering the room for cleaning. We stayed for a total of 6 nights. Only cleaned this time. There were only two pairs of slippers in the room. On the night we checked in, we called and asked for slippers, but no one delivered them. On the third day, we mentioned it again when we went to the front desk to clean the room, but there was still no supplement. We continued to call that night, and they were finally delivered this time. Came, but the service staff actually opened the door and came in by themselves. In short, next time I come to London, even if I can choose the Canary Wharf area, I will never choose this hotel again.
