Appalling company which hires thieves as cleaners from a company called Air Linen, which pretends to have its cleaners DBS checked when they're not. Money was stolen from my drawer and I called the police to report it and get a crime reference number. Then they evicte me after a chemotherapy appointment claiming I had caused a disturbance. The flats are appalling, very badly furnished and low quality. The cleaners are constantly checking tenants' post. Avoid Urban Creations as far as you can, they're liars. Jess the manager sent people into the flat pretending we have agreed to let cleaners in when we weren't there which we never did. There are bad reviews of Air Linen all over the Internet and Urban Creations are fraudsters and liars.
