The location is good and it is easy to get to the main tourist spots by bus. Having a kitchen in the room is a great feature. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Just note that it is a serviced apartment and there will be no one to clean the room every day.

One of the best Citadines I've been so far. Just about 5 years old. The studios are well equipped and it's very quiet, especially to the big inner yard with a Japanese garden.
I chose this Citadines because allccommodation in the London city centre is too expensive and mostly substandard, especially if you are used to travel in Asia.

The hotel apartment is converted from an old post office. The facilities are very new and the ceilings in the room are very high! The space feels very comfortable. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, which is suitable for office work and business travel! Convenient transportation, two stops to Kingscross, and buses go directly to Oxford Street and the University of the British Empire.

Awesome Hotel! Stayed a few times & our fam Loves it!
Cozy, quiet, clean, comfy bed & well equipped rooms with nice toiletries! The Manager & most Staff were friendly & attentive! Location is great, many Restaurants, Cafes, Shops & Playgrounds for kids around!
