El hotel está en buena zona (al.lado del.metro),tiene buen buffet y habitaciones cómodas. Pedimos un traslado el.ultimo día al.aeropuerto ya que volavamos a horas intempestivas y no vino nadie a recogernos (gestión de dos empleados que hablaban español Eloy y Hilaria). Un desastre. Para los pocos empleados que hablan español....nos hacen esto. Yo no lo recomendaría.

I had a great experience here. After checkout I accidentally left my phone in the room. Special shout out to Mohammed Islam, a staff who worked at the hotel, helped me checking on the room and found my phone. Really appreciate his help here!!!

Tuvimos una excelente estadia en el hotel. La habitacion estaba super limpia, gracias su team. Tambien fuimos bien atendidos por Carolina en Recepcion, ya que nos ayudo con informarnos sobre los atractivos de los alrededores del hotel y tambien nos informo bien sobre los servicios del hotel, que bien que alguien en el equipo de recepcion que habla español, eso ayuda en el servicio y la atencion. Muchas gracias Carolina. Desde Nicaragua hasta Inglaterra es una gran travesía, pero llegar a este hotel es disfrutar el viaje.

Great location and service. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The room was nicely appointed, with a safe and a coffee maker. Shower pressure was really good. Breakfast was great, busy but moved quickly and the staff were pleasant to interact well. Felt very safe and secure in the establishment. Will return and do recommend the hotel.

We needed a hotel with easy access to the Globe thearte so booked this hotel. The hotel was in a perfect location and we were in the West End via a 5min bus journey. We parked In the hotel car park which was so convenient with a few steps into the hotel reception where we were greeted by a lovely hotel receptionist. She checked us in swiftly and gave us all the information we needed. The room was excellent. Very very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was really quiet. We had an excellent nights sleep. Again at breakfast we were met by excellent staff who went above and beyond to help us. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. I visit London a lot and will make this my regular hotel.

Thanks to Kingba, our stay was really nice. She helped us a lot with a problem with the booking made in Lastminute. We would come back there because it seemed a good hotel to us, but especially because of Kingba's attention and help. People working at the restaurant were nice too.

Hotel elegante, pulito, in posizione strategica per muoversi verso il centro di Londra. Personale gentile educato sempre disponibile. Colazione internazionale ottima, ampia scelta. Camere nella norma pulite silenziose. Sicuramente da consigliare e ci tornerei volentieri.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. The room was spacious, providing ample space to move around. Plus, it was impeccably clean, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at this remarkable hotel!

For about 9 years I have had the pleasure of staying 3-4 times a year in this location. Since then, I have seen how the hotel, the staff and the facilities change before my eyes. It is a place where I return with pleasure and where the reception staff (Elena) is very kind. I think that the price has evolved more than the quality of the facilities.
