酒店位置交通非常方便，鄰近多間著名大學，相當便利家長探親。酒店外觀還可以，房間數目比較多，陳設比較平實而帶點陳舊，很多房間木門有碰花痕，像給人踢了很多腳一樣，整體室內設計是70年代舊房子感覺，狀態有點像舊宿舍。地氈牆角等地方有積塵現象，奇怪是每日都看見他的員工十分勤奮打掃，應該是工具吸塵機之類效力不太好所致。酒店收費不便宜，應該改良下器材，讓員工可以有效工作。儘管酒店有很多地方確實比較舊需要裝修清潔，但睡覺方面感覺是頗舒適，很快可達深層睡眠。希望在房間保飬這方面有所改善，會樂意再來入住。

酒店比較有年代感了，但是前台服務人員態度很好。房間温馨，採光很好，雖然小一點，但也夠住了，床很舒服。最亮點是地理位置太好了，旁邊就是UCL 和大英博物館，去哪都很方便。

這次住的房間比較安靜。酒店離地鐵站、超市、火車站、博物館都很近。附近吃飯的地方也很多，挺方便的。下次有機會還會選這家酒店。

二次訂房是從愛丁堡回來，到酒店接近零點了，給到的是7層的一個標間，比6層的房間小，而且網絡不好。

夏天房間內又熱又悶，晚上睡不着，前台對面樓的房間裝修與圖片不符，老舊，攤不下大箱子，電梯附近有油漆味道，辦理入住人非常多，能寄存箱子，能快速退房

房間面積小，沒空調，有點熱，和服務生要了電風扇，怕熱的人建議找有空調的酒店，其他還好，沒吃酒店早餐，不做評價。
