This hotel didn't provide coffee and tea. If you requested the service, you need to pay £4.
We had an accessible room, which is big, but the shower only has curtain and water keeps running out everywhere. It seems dangerous to walk on wet floor.
The deco in the room is modern but there's not much space for daily necessities to put on. Only 3 hangers provided! The lighting seems very weak.

Great hotel! Compact rooms, no private bathroom. Comfortable beds, nice linens. Breakfast wasn't very extensive. But overall, a fine stay for 3 days in London.

The location was ok, not far from the underground.
The room was extremely small and had a mouldy smell. There wasn't a chair in the room.
And when the toilets were flushed from upstairs, we could hear it in our room. That kept me awake for a while.
