Olympic House Hotel

위치는 패딩턴역 근처 호텔이 다 비슷하다고 볼 수 있을 거 같습니다. 다만 싱글룸은 매우 비좁았고, 여행캐리어를 펼칠 공간조차 없었습니다. 또한 수건을 이틀마다 한번씩 교체해준다고 되어 있었는데, 4박하는 동안 교체해주지 않고 그냥 다시 걸어둔 것으로 보임(동일 위치에 얼룩이 계속 있었음). 체크인 시 응대직원은 친절했으나 이후에 있던 직원은 불친절했고, 수건을 더 받으려 했어도 안주려고 했음. 재방문 의사는 없습니다.

I never want to use this again. At 22,000 yen per night, it was the most expensive and smallest room I've ever stayed in. The service was not working and the attitude was bad. When I called the front desk because it was cold, they just said "The heating is already on." There was no spare blanket, so I was wearing a down jacket in the room. I had heard that towels are changed every two days, so I thought it was unavoidable on the second day, but on the third day they didn't change them either. When I contacted them, they said "I understand. Please wait a moment" and there was no response. When I contacted them again, they said "Let me check" and there was no response again. When I contacted them again, they said "I checked with the staff and they said they changed it"... No, they didn't, so please change it! I said "Wait 5 minutes," but they didn't come. I called them after that, but they didn't answer the phone. I came home tired and wanted to take a shower early because I had to get up early the next day, but they ended up bringing it more than two hours later. They didn't even apologize, and said "Because there was no key." Hotels where you can't relax and rest comfortably are just a source of stress, so I will never use them again. I will leave a warning comment so that others don't have the same experience. One last thing. The breakfast was simple, but the ladies in the dining room were very kind and I had a delicious breakfast every morning.

plutot pension 2 etoiles ,* chambre double *sans confort pas d etagere petite penderie pas de double vitrage donnesur rue bruyante , petit lavabo rien pour poser affaires , tv ancienne sur rue parralele au lit , quant au lit affreux oreillers tachés draps trop courts , matelas defoncé on sent les ressorts etc tout est vieillot salon reduit de 4m2 un bar avec boulloire avec sachet cafe et the car rien dans les chambres et 3 fauteuils anciens qui se touchent , acceuil sans plus parle qu anglais , personnels d'entretien sympa petit dej léger mais est offert donc on nepeut pas trop demander
