Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Our 2-bedroom apartment was small, but clean. Don't expect too much in terms of quality furnishings, yet the apartment had everything we needed in terms of appliances. There were some nice touches but also some aspects (like carpets) need an update. Great location for public transport and shops and restaurants.

Excellent location close to Earls Court Station. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, tidy, well appointed. No aircon but plenty of fans. Daily servicing and luggage storage both appreciated. Older building but modern bathrooms and kitchen. Would stay again. Easy access to West End.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay! The friendly staff welcomed us when we arrived in the morning and since it was before check in, they provided bag storage and a bathroom to freshen up. Perfect location close to metro, market, and excellent restaurants. Very clean apartment and accommodating staff. No A/C and increased road noise with the windows opened, but the staff assisted us by providing extra fans. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in London!
