The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed at all and was very dirty. Our room was located on the ground floor, and the “terrace” was full of cigarette butts.
The corridors were also noticeably unclean.
We paid for accommodation with breakfast included and informed the hotel in advance that we require a gluten-free breakfast for one person. Despite this, the only available option was yogurt. This time, we had to purchase an additional gluten-free breakfast from outside ourselves to ensure our family member had something to eat.
We have travelled extensively around the world and always notify accommodations in advance that we have a family member with coeliac disease. Never before has any hotel completely ignored this request.
As someone who has also worked in the hospitality sector, this level of disregard is both surprising and disappointing.

The room was dirty on arrival (found hair in the bed and stains on the cover) and walls so thin that we could hear everything in all surrounding rooms. The “breakfast” was three cereals and the option for pre-made toast and breakfast included was the reason for us booking this in the first place and so was very disappointing . The room we were in was not actually in the same building as labeled the Seymour hotel and was actually round the corner. The room also had a door with a broken lock leading outside and could see straight into our room with no curtain or anything to stop people from looking in (this was also directly opposite the bathroom). It isn’t far from the tube stations which was the benefit of staying there as it is a short walk but for the price spent it was definitely not worth it.

Although my room was in the basement, I was very pleased with the room. It was very clean and very quiet.
I read some bad reviews about the place, but that was complete rubbish.

Well located hotel close to Paddington station and Hyde Park Excellent with several bus stops in the area Excellent price for hotel with breakfast Breakfast with milk, coffee, toast, cheese, ham, yogurts and cereals Hotel composed of several buildings together, we stayed at entrance 94 in a triple room with 3 single beds, bathroom was new Room with TV and Netflix
