There is no elevator in this hotel. For travelers with big luggages, it'd be really inconvenient.

The hotel is really terrible! The pictures are totally different from the real thing! It's ridiculously small!!! The bed is right after the door! Then there's the toilet. A small room of less than 5 square meters is really not wasted at all! It's packed to the brim! It's really rubbish!!! The room they arranged for me was said to be on the G floor, but it was clearly on the B1 floor! Who would want to stay in this place if I didn't have to go to the US Embassy to apply for a visa the next day! I really don't recommend it!!! The point is that the price is not cheap! It's not worth the money at all!

The location is excellent. There is a bus stop for No. 24 right at the front door. It is an 8-minute walk from the Pmlico subway station. The transportation is convenient. This street is almost full of hotels and residences. It is very quiet at night and relatively safe. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. Maybe because the building is too old, the sound of people walking upstairs can be heard from the next door.

The location is great. I went to apply for a US visa and could get there quickly in the morning. The subway only takes two stops, but it is far to other attractions. There are no convenience stores around. You can buy water at the front desk.

We can recommend to any tourist, good value for the price we paid as compared to other London offers. Good location, decent room, complimentary breakfast that we did not expect, overall we are satisfied with stay at this hotel!

Good cleanliness and location with plenty of restaurants around. Soundproofing isn’t great, could hear noises from the street and nearby rooms. Breakfast was quite basic.
