We had afternoon tea at the cadogan. It was so much fun and the service was outstanding. The chef is a pastry expert and everything was excellent.

A great hotel in a great location, right on Sloan Street in Chelsea. Our suite was large with a double vanity, walk in shower and soaking tub in separate bathroom. Service was outstanding, especially the concierge, who offered great suggestions as well as helping us after we inadvertently left a small item behind when checking out.

Ideal location for our stay in London for the Chelsea Flower Show. Expensive, but every aspect of our stay at the Cadogan surpassed our expectations. Outstanding service from the doorman who greeted us on arrival , staff on the reception desk and every member of staff we encountered . Spacious , high ceilinged room , beautifully furnished and lavishly equipped. Most luxurious bathroom of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Our room , located on the side of the hotel overlooking Pavilion Street was blissfully quiet and free of traffic noise. A faultless hotel experience.

Super stay in the Cadogan. We were in London for the Chelsea Flower Show and stayed here for two nights and it really was excellent. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Special mention for Lee who was a pleasure for deal with and extremely helpful. We are already looking forward to returning.

We had been on the Orient Express to Venice so did have reasonable expectations as to how the hotel would be. But yes it was far better than we thought! Sometimes a four night stay in these top London hotels can be a bit much but we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and had a great laugh. Without exception everyone was relaxed and friendly. Visit the Physic Garden and the Cadogan Square Garden, try the Dover Sole and the various cocktails, gobble down some free sweets and raid the mini bar. Actually the attention to detail was faultless and shout-out to housekeeping who are mind-readers as our room was magically done just when we needed it. Basically this is the best Hotel in London and anywhere in England. Certainly didn’t need to rely on lots of sneezy Flower Show and In-Bloom entertainment to have a brilliant laugh. Thank you!
