We arrived at the hotel early to drop our bags off as we were out for the day. When we arrived back at the hotel we were told that we would be in a disability room the room we booked was meant to be a superior double. Was horrified at the state of the room and the bathroom was not at all nice, dated dirty and just horrid. I complained but they did not move us to another room that we had originally booked. They did move us the next day but again the rooms are dated and could do with a makeover. When we checked out there was no mention of a refund for the inadequate room and they had the cheek to ask if we wanted to pay a discretionary service charge which we obliged with a big no thank you this would have been an extra £20 on top of the £495 we paid for two nights stay. Not too sure of the star rating but at a guess 3 stars would be enough. Definitely won’t be staying again.

I’ve never stayed in such an awful room - especially given the hundreds spent Room 406 was so small. The clothes were hung on the lampshade or in the bathroom. The bathroom had to be used for storing our small suitcase. We had to dodge the TV to get to bed and I hurt my shoulder. If there was a fire I’d probably have knocked myself out. The TV didn’t work I heard other Rooms were bigger but the room we had (small room for two was the advert) was not fit for purpose unless you’re a solo traveller and could store your luggage on the other side of the bed Based on our experience - one star is generous !!!

Dirty and not the best place to say; some funny characters outside made us feel not welcome. No breakfast included and felt dirty and tired. Wouldn’t be booking again - location not the best - lack of any car parking and staff not helpful at all

Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel, charmant, discret, une équipe fort sympathique à l’accueil, des chambres confortables et surtout deux fumoirs à cigare TOP 👍 les prix, pour Londres, sont très corrects. Ne prenez pas la plus petite chambre car le lit ne fait que 1,40 m ! À moins que vous dormiez seul.

Currently here, apparently there is a full sky package.... no there isn't, only one channel, we have tried many times to get the guide and change channel to no avail. Shower is good with 2 heads, one rainfall. Good location in the middle. Check in OK. Will review as we go.
