I was impressed with the interior design of the hotel when I first stepped into it with numerous medieval decorations. The room itself was also clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect with close proximity to Bayswater and Queensway stations, making it extremely well-connected. Moreover, there are a wide range amenities available around the hotel which makes it very convenient to find food and get groceries. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

There is no elevator! ! There is no elevator! Carrying big boxes up four flights of stairs would really help. The kitchen utensils were so dirty they couldn't be used. Very noisy! ! Fortunately, I could barely sleep with the sound-isolating earplugs. The younger white male at the front desk was very rude and rude. The other two were pretty good. The location is not very convenient. If you have other options, don’t choose this one.

I booked a single room for 2 days. The price is reasonable and staff are surprisingly sweet. Although there are no lifts so I should carry on a big suitcase to 4 floor( not recommending have a big suitcase), but room was cozy and other services are great!

I had a wonderful time here. Great location, clean room, nice and well equipment, reasonable price(for staying in London), what else could you ask for. The staffs are all very kind and the front desk is 24/7. As a solo female traveler I felt really safe and had been well taken care of. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit here again if I come to London again.
